Our wig product is made of 100% high temperature fiber, specifically Kanekalon fiber, which is a thermostable material. This means that it can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick, as long as the temperature does not exceed 120 ℃. It is suggested to use a temperature between 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can cause permanent damage to the hair.

Our wig product cannot be dyed due to the absence of hair cuticles to retain the color for a long time. Additionally, the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

When wearing the wig, we recommend following these steps: gently comb the hair with a wide tooth comb, put on the wig cap, adjust the inner net buckle, and then secure the wig in place.

For cleaning and care of the wig, it is best to detangle the hair using a wide tooth comb, wash with shampoo in cold or warm water, soak for 1-3 minutes, rinse with water, dry with a towel, gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling of the wig may occur initially, especially when worn for the first time, but this is normal. Using a wide tooth comb to comb the hair from end to root can help minimize shedding and tangling. For curly wigs, it is recommended to comb with fingers.

It should be noted that all wigs are trimmed by hand, so there may be slight variations in hairstyle from batch to batch. Additionally, colors may vary slightly depending on personal computer or cell phone monitor settings.

Upon receiving the wig, it may be slightly out of shape due to packaging or transport. However, a few minutes of combing or using an electric hair rod to straighten it will restore it to its original shape.
